All Truth is God's Truth

Today we ask,

speak your truth.

What we mean is, 

"what is on your mind?"

In a world of 

alternative facts,

political spin and fake news,

this song is to remind.

All Truth is God's Truth.

All Love is God's Love.

"Every good [...] and perfect gift,

is from above."

Truth can not change,

be manipulated or rearranged.

Because it is, like God,

outside of time.

Often like Peter,

we confuse our loves.

But to give love that is real, 

we must receive it from the vine.

For love to be love,

it has to be true,

leading us to find.

All Truth is God's Truth.

All Love is God's Love.

these are really old lies.

From almost three thousand years ago we read:
